Even in case of non-payment and other disagreements between the two parties, Eyetii Inc will protect the essential information and shall not pass on to any body or entity. Therefore, all the matters are expected to be solved amicably. Data of clients with unresolved issues will be removed from the servers after certain period of time. Eyetii Inc will provide prior notice to client in any case. |

| TLRM is a web-based application and requires web-hosting. Web-hosting service has to be paid monthly or annually in addition to the standard TLRM price, if applicable. Therefore, clients can host their website therein for free. In case of non-payment, Eyetii Inc will stop the hosting service and block the site and TLRM access any time if payment is not received till the due date. |

| Eyetii will allocate the pre-set web space and email for the client as per hosting plans. If size goes beyond the allocated web-space, the TLRM will automatically be blocked. TLRM will be re-accessible if client agrees to get more web-space or email space or remove the old images from the allocated space. Both will be charged additionally. |

| Eyetii Inc will provide daily data backup of TLRM at its servers. Eyetii Inc shall not delete any file or table without prior consent of the client. All data will reside on our servers at the Data Center with extreme protection and security. Eyetii Inc will not use any data without prior consent of the client that owns the data. |

| Eyetii Inc will not check or access the client data through the given login and password of TLRM. In case of problem in TLRM, Eyetii Inc access the data only for the purpose of finding problems and fixes required related thereto. Client is bound to change the password after first setup and has to follow the universal identity protection laws. In case of forgetting password, an automatic email can be sent to email address saved in company information in TLRM. Eyetii Inc will be unable to recover the password as password storing utility does not store the real password. Therefore, upon a written request of client, Eyetii Inc will issue a new password. |

| Eyetii Inc will provide data export in excel on additional charges. In case of technical restrictions, the data export in excel may not be possible. |

| TLRM is an easy to use system in English and Japanese and supported by online user manual on TLRM website. Eyetii Inc can conduct free training sessions at its premises if required by the client. All additional training and special visits will be changed additionally. Eyetii will not provide telephonic support for TLRM. |

| Eyetii Inc has established a special online support system called online (Support Ticket) for error and mal-functionalities of TLRM (if occurs). Therefore if errors are caused by Internet or related issues at client's side, the complaint tickets will automatically be discarded. Eyetii Inc will try its best to answer all inquiries it will receive. |

| TLRM solely depends on good and stable Internet connection in order to perform fully and timely. Eyetii Inc shall not be responsible in case of connection problems caused by ISP or internal LAN or PC or any other related possibility,. There is minute possibility of server-down situation. Therefore, Eyetii Inc has made the special arrangements to minimize it to few hours in extreme cases. |

| Eyetii Inc will provide updates to fix the minor error or system mal-functionalities (if occurs). Eyetii Inc's update option is entirely based on user feedback. The update may take a while as update is sensitive issue and needs to be checked thoroughly. Eyetii Inc on its part will ensure the maximum stability of TLRM. |

| Eyetii Inc may offer new versions of TLRM in future with more functionalities and versatilities. Therefore, if it satisfies more needs of the client and both the parties, Eyetii Inc and the Client, and could reach to the final settlement, Eyetii Inc will take it as new order and will separately invoice. |

| Eyetii Inc will provide customize solutions as per clients need, if possible, to TLRM users on additional charges. All customize options will be added to the basic version of TLRM to a particular user.
Eyetii will prefer to host the clients' website on its servers to provide maximum security and stability across the board. It protects clients data and make them secure. In case of client's requirements to host TLRM on servers other than Eyetii Inc servers, it will not only be charged additionally but many features of TLRM may not function well. |

| TLRM tutorials will be amended due to updates in currently provided version of TLRM. Therefore, updated tutorial may not be available on TLRM website immediately. Eyetii Inc. will inform clients in case of major changes made in TLRM. |

| Eyetii will register the domain on behalf of clients on additional charges. Eyetii Inc can transfer the ownership of all domain on client's request. Therefore, registrant change costs to client accordingly. |
